Customer Service Representative

Job Responsibilities:

• Handle customer inquiries and requests via phone and email with professionalism and efficiency
• Deliver excellent customer service by providing accurate, timely, and relevant information
• Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships through open and effective communication
• Document customer concerns, complaints, and resolutions, ensuring proper follow-through
• Proactively engage with customers and go the extra mile to ensure satisfaction
• Utilize internet-based tools and MS Office applications to support daily tasks

Job Requirements:

• At least 6 months - 1 year BPO/Customer Service experience
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
• Strong customer service, problem-solving, and active listening skills
• Strong multitasking, time management, and prioritization skills
• Knowledge of insurance products is an advantage
