Corporate Recruiter

Job Responsibilities:

• Source, screen, and interview candidates through various channels (LinkedIn, Job Boards, referrals, etc.)
• Partner with Hiring Teams to understand staffing needs and define job requirements
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring teams
• Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
• Represent the company brand professionally during all recruitment interactions
• Participate in job fairs, career events, and campus recruitment activities
• Report regularly on hiring metrics and recruitment progress
• Ensure compliance with employment laws and internal hiring policies
• Develop and maintain a robust talent pipeline for future hiring needs
• Other ad hoc tasks

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or any related field
• 2+ years of recruiting experience, preferably in a corporate or agency setting
• Proven experience sourcing and hiring candidates across various departments and levels
• Prior experience in high-volume or specialized recruiting preferred
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
• Strong organizational and management skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
