As the business expands, we are seeking to hire an English Communication Associate Customer Service Representative to join our growing company.

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide outstanding customer service through various communication channels
• Communicate effectively with clients using clear, professional, and engaging language
• Assist in resolving customer inquiries and concerns promptly and efficiently
• Support team members in enhancing customer experience through improved communication techniques
• Promote a positive brand image in every interaction

Job Requirements:

• Proven experience in customer service or any related role
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, with a neutral or American accent
• Bachelor's degree in English, Mass Communication, or any related field; or prior experience teaching English preferred
• Strong active listening skills, empathy, and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work well in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
