Job Responsibilities:
· Respond to customers' requests and provide the best customer service via phone and email
· Strong familiarity with the internet and MS Office applications
· Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
· Provide accurate and valid information
· Keep records of customer complaints and follow up to ensure complete resolution
· Take the extra mile to engage with clients
Job Requirements:
· Has excellent English communication skills
· Has a good track record of achieving quotas
· Has strong knowledge of Customer Service and active listening skills
· Can adapt and respond to different types of customers
· Has the ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
· Has at least one year of experience in the BPO industry
· Knowledge of different types of insurance is a big plus
