Job Responsibilities:

  • Work all assigned tickets; complete tickets within SLA
  • Configure and maintain all physical hardware
  • Assist in Onboarding and Acquisition projects
  • Assist Tier 3 - Desktop Engineer with deployment projects
  • Maintain compliance with applications, operating systems and patch management
  • Escalate issues to Tier 3 - Desktop Engineer
  • Maintain ownership of ticket until completed; update and coordinate with clients for resolution

Job Requirements:

  • Strong customer service skills
  • Deep understanding and troubleshooting skill of the different kind of applications
  • Experience with various software, hardware, and internal tools
  • Ability to follow detailed written and verbal instructions
  • Ability to accurately proofread numerical and text data
  • At least 2 years of experience in the same job
