Job Responsibilities:
- Work all assigned tickets; complete tickets within SLA
- Configure and maintain all physical hardware
- Assist in Onboarding and Acquisition projects
- Assist Tier 3 - Desktop Engineer with deployment projects
- Maintain compliance with applications, operating systems and patch management
- Escalate issues to Tier 3 - Desktop Engineer
- Maintain ownership of ticket until completed; update and coordinate with clients for resolution
Job Requirements:
- Strong customer service skills
- Deep understanding and troubleshooting skill of the different kind of applications
- Experience with various software, hardware, and internal tools
- Ability to follow detailed written and verbal instructions
- Ability to accurately proofread numerical and text data
- At least 2 years of experience in the same job
