Data Analyst

Job Responsibilities:

• Collect, process, and analyze large datasets from multiple sources
• Create and maintain dashboards and reports using visualization tools
• Identify trends, patterns, and correlations in complex data sets
• Develop and implement data collection systems and other strategies
• Collaborate with teams to establish business requirements
• Present findings to stakeholders through reports and presentations
• Monitor and audit data quality and accuracy
• Support data-driven decision making across departments

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Math, Computer Science, Economics, or similar
• 2-3 years of experience in data analysis or any related work
• Fluent in English (verbal and written) and effective communication skills
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Experience with data visualization and reporting tools are preferred
• Demonstrate strong analytical capabilities
• Passion for working with data to solve complex business problems

Technical Skills:

• Comfortable with pivot tables, charts, data validation, and conditional formatting
• Basic macros knowledge
• Experience with SQL and managing databases
• Familiar with data visualization tools like Power BI or Tableau
• Know how to clean and prep data
• Some understanding of data warehousing
• Able to do basic statistical analysis and reporting

Soft Skills:

• Great communication and presentation skills
• Critical thinking and attention to detail
• Good at managing projects and time
• Works well with teams
