Job Responsibilities:
· Supervise and coach QA Analysts to ensure accurate and consistent evaluations
· Conduct regular quality audits, call/chat/email reviews, and calibration sessions
· Ensure quality standards, policies, and procedures are consistently followed
· Analyze quality data, trends, and root causes to identify improvement opportunities
· Collaborate with Operations, Training, and Leadership to address performance gaps
· Support onboarding and ongoing development of QA team members
· Ensure compliance with internal guidelines, client requirements, and regulatory standards
Job Requirements:
· Minimum of 1 year experience as a QA Supervisor (required)
· At least 2–3 years of Quality Assurance experience in a BPO, customer service, or similar environment
· Proven leadership and people management skills
· Proficient in QA tools, reporting systems, and Microsoft Office / Google Workspace
· Ability to work in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
