Maintenance Personnel

Job Responsibilities:

• Perform routine inspection and maintenance of building systems including electrical, plumbing, lighting, and air-conditioning units
• Conduct minor repairs such as fixing leaks, replacing light bulbs, repairing fixtures, and patching walls
• Ensure that all facilities are clean, safe, and well-maintained at all times
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests and troubleshoot facility-related issues
• Monitor building utilities and report any irregularities or safety hazards
• Follow safety policies and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations

Job Requirements:

• High school diploma or vocational/technical certification preferred
• At least 1–2 years of maintenance or facilities experience
• Knowledge of electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and HVAC systems
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Physically capable of lifting equipment and performing manual tasks
• Reliable, responsible, and able to work independently
