Associate Trainer

Job Responsibilities:

• Create and maintain training materials, job aids, and learning resources
  
• Maintain accurate training records and documentation
  
• Facilitate 7-day training classes and simulation-based training sessions
  
• Provide guidance and support to trainees by answering questions and addressing concerns
  
• Enforce the company's policies, procedures, and code of conduct
  
• Evaluate trainee performance and ensure readiness for deployment to the production floor
  
• Maintain a professional appearance, attitude, and work ethic at all times
  
• Collaborate with team members and assist with special projects as assigned
  
• Continuously identify opportunities to improve training processes and participant engagement

Job Requirements:

• Proven teaching, training, coaching, or facilitation skills
  
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  
• Experience using SharePoint or similar document management platforms
  
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
  
• Strong interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving abilities
  
• Ability to engage diverse learners and adapt training methods to meet varying needs
  
• Detail-oriented with the ability to maintain accurate records and documentation
  
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
