About the Role:

We're looking for a detail-oriented Configuration Specialist to join our growing team.

In this role, you'll work behind the scenes to configure and maintain agency management systems for U.S.-based insurance clients. You'll play a key part in client onboarding, system setup, and ongoing optimization, ensuring everything runs smoothly and accurately.

You'll also support configuration-related help desk requests, helping resolve issues efficiently using clear processes and standards. Don't worry if you're new to the systems, we provide structured training, clear SOPs, and a defined career growth path.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Configure agency management systems based on documented SOPs and client requirements
  • Implement standardized systems setups, fields, workflows, users and security roles
  • Execute configuration tasks for new client onboardings and approved system changes
  • Respond to and resolve configuration-related client help desk requests within defined SLAs
  • Troubleshoot system configuration issues and apply fixes following SOPs
  • Perform validation and quality checks to ensure configurations meet standards
  • Document system configurations, decisions, changes and resolutions
  • Support updates, enhancements, and ongoing system maintenance
  • Coordinate with internal teams to clarify configuration or help desk requirements
  • Escalate issues or exceptions using defined workflows
  • Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and security compliance
  • Systems Supported: Applied Epic, AMS360

Job Requirements:

  • Willingness to learn multiple agency management systems (training provided)
  • Strong attention to details and ability to follow documented SOPs
  • Basic understanding of system configuration, data fields, and workflows
  • Comfort handling configuration-related help desk requests
  • Familiarity with Excel or Google Sheets for validation and documentation
  • Highly organized and process-oriented
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Strong documentations discipline
  • Clear written English communication; intermediate English proficiency (reading, writing and speaking)
