Jr. Talent Acquisition Specialist

Job Responsibilities:

• Work closely with hiring teams to identify staffing needs and determine selection criteria
• Use online channels such as social media platforms and professional networks to find potential candidates
• Assist in planning and conducting interviews, including screening calls and assessments
• Input and manage candidate information in the ATS
• Help organize and attend job fairs and recruitment events
• Contribute to employer branding initiatives to attract top talent
• Foster long-term relationships with potential candidates and past applicants
• Coordinate interview schedules and logistics
• Provide timely follow-up and feedback to candidates during the recruitment process

Job Qualifications:

• At least one year of experience in talent acquisition or similar role
• Experience in full-cycle recruiting, using various interview techniques and evaluation methods
• Proficiency in documenting processes and keeping up with industry trends
• Ability to work in a team environment and collaborate with others effectively
• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
