Data Processing Representative

Job Responsibilities:

• Input customer and account information accurately, including both text and numerical data, from source documents within set deadlines
• Review, organize, and verify data based on assigned priorities to ensure accuracy prior to system entry
• Detect, correct, and resolve data inconsistencies or errors, and validate outputs for completeness
• Follow established data entry standards, procedures, and system protocols
• Prepare reports, properly file completed tasks, and conduct routine data backup activities
• Safeguard the confidentiality of all company and client information at all times

Job Requirements:

• Minimum typing speed of 35 words per minute with a high level of accuracy
• Strong communication skills for effective interaction with clients and internal teams
• Ability to work independently while efficiently handling multiple tasks
• Highly detail-oriented and well-organized
• Proficient in Microsoft Office tools, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
