Marketing Technology Automation Specialist

We're looking for a curious, hands-on MarTech Automation Specialist who lives at the intersection of marketing and technology. You'll design, build, and optimize AI-powered marketing workflows that help our team move faster, personalize at scale, and make smarter decisions.

Job Responsibilities:

• Build marketing automation workflows using n8n, Zapier, or similar tools
  
• Integrate workflows with CRMs, email platforms, ad networks, and internal data
  
• Create AI-assisted workflows using tools like ChatGPT or Claude
  
• Monitor and improve automations to ensure reliability and performance
  
• Work with marketing teams to identify manual processes worth automating
  
• Build lightweight dashboards and internal tools for campaign insights
  
• Document workflows, prompts, and automation patterns

Job Requirements:

• 1–2 years experience in marketing, operations, automation, or a technical role

• Exposure to automation tools (n8n, Zapier, Make, etc.)
• Familiarity with AI tools like ChatGPT or Claude
  
• Basic coding ability (JavaScript or Python) for APIs or workflow customization
  
• Some familiarity with marketing platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce, Google Ads, Meta)
  
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving mindset

Bonus: SQL, ETL concepts, marketing analytics, or interest in advanced AI workflows (RAG, vector DBs, etc.)
