Telesales Team Lead

Job Responsibilities:

• Lead and support agents during daily operations and ensure shift productivity
• Serve as the first point of contact for agent questions and real-time support
• Monitor call queues, pacing, and team performance throughout the shift
  
• Make outbound and inbound calls and complete warm transfers to U.S.-based licensed agents
  
• Provide real-time coaching and feedback to help agents improve performance
  
• Assist with call monitoring, side-by-side coaching, and performance check-ins
  
• Track daily team metrics such as call volume, contact rate, and transfer rate
  
• Help maintain attendance tracking, schedules, and floor organization
  
• Promote a positive and motivated team environment

Job Requirements:

• 2–4+ years of experience in a call center, telesales, or lead generation environment
• Previous experience as a Team Lead, Senior Agent, or top-performing caller preferred
• Strong understanding of call center KPIs (call volume, contact rate, transfer/conversion rate)
• Comfortable providing coaching and real-time performance feedback
• Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills
• Experience working with U.S.-based sales teams is a plus

Preferred Experience:

• Insurance, financial services, or B2B lead generation
• Warm transfer or appointment-setting sales models
• Familiarity with CRM systems, dialers, and call monitoring tools
