Job Title: BMS Operator
Project Location: Mannai Corporation HQ – Doha, Qatar
Duration: 2 Months (Temporary Requirement)

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and operate the Building Management System (BMS) for facility operations.
• Ensure proper functioning of HVAC, electrical, and other building systems.
• Respond to system alarms and DDCP alerts, and perform initial troubleshooting and fault identification.
• Coordinate with the maintenance team for corrective and preventive actions.
• Maintain daily logs, reports, and system records to ensure smooth operations.
• Provide immediate response to fire alarm systems, including FACP, CAMS, Fire Pump System, and FM200 monitoring and control systems.
• Ensure all systems operate safely and efficiently according to facility standards.
