IT Manager

We are looking for an experienced IT Manager / CTO to lead the technology function, strengthen cybersecurity and regulatory compliance, and drive digital transformation.

Key Responsibilities

* Develop and execute IT strategy aligned with business & regulatory requirements.

* Lead IT teams and oversee infrastructure, systems, cybersecurity, software, and data management.

* Ensure compliance with QCB technology & cybersecurity requirements.

* Lead ISO 27001 / ISMS implementation and information security governance.

* Manage IT budgets, vendors, policies, DR, BCP, and operational resilience.

* Evaluate and enhance existing HRMS & Core Systems.

* Drive automation, digital transformation, and data analytics initiatives.

* Provide strategic technology recommendations to senior management.

Requirements

* 10+ years of IT experience, including leadership/management experience.

* Experience in banking, financial services, fintech, or regulated institutions preferred.

* Strong knowledge of Cybersecurity, IT Infrastructure, Core Systems, Data Management & Software Development.

* Strong understanding of QCB requirements and ISO 27001 / ISMS.

* Proven experience in IT governance, risk management, BCP/DR, and technology projects.

* Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
