About the job Facilities Manager

A proactive and experienced Facility Manager is required to oversee the daily maintenance, services, and operational efficiency of our facility assets in Doha. The successful candidate will ensure a safe, functional, and efficient work environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all building-related hard services (MEP, civil works) and soft services (cleaning, security, landscaping).
  • Develop, implement, and monitor Planned Preventive Maintenance (PPM) schedules to minimize downtime.
  • Manage and supervise third-party vendors, service providers, and in-house maintenance staff.
  • Ensure strict compliance with all health, safety, and environmental (HSE) regulations and statutory requirements.
  • Track and manage the facilities budget, identifying opportunities for cost optimization without compromising quality.

Mandatory Requirements:

  • Educational Qualification: A formal educational qualification in a relevant field (e.g., Engineering, Facilities Management, or similar) is required.

  • Total Experience: A specific level of total experience in facility management or building operations is required.

  • Experience Certification: Relevant professional certifications or experience documentation are required.

  • Nationality Preference: Candidates of Any nationality will be considered for this role.
