Contracts Engineer

We are hiring a Contracts Engineer to oversee contract preparation, review, negotiation, and administration across multiple projects.

Responsibilities:

• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts with clients and subcontractors.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and legal standards.
• Manage variations, claims, and contractual correspondence.
• Provide contractual advice to project and management teams.

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Engineering or Law.
• Minimum 12 years of experience in contract management (EPC preferred).
• Strong understanding of FIDIC and other standard contract forms.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
