BIM Engineer

Contract: 1 Year (Extendable)

Job Responsibilities:

• Develop, manage, and coordinate BIM models for building construction projects.
• Prepare and review 3D models, shop drawings, and construction documentation.
• Coordinate architectural, structural, and MEP models and identify clashes using BIM software.
• Conduct clash detection and coordinate with relevant engineering teams for resolution.
• Ensure BIM models comply with project requirements, standards, and BIM execution plans.
• Support the project team with quantity extraction, model updates, and construction coordination.
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, subcontractors, and site teams.
• Maintain BIM documentation and ensure proper version control of models and drawings.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering.
• 5–8 years of experience as a BIM Engineer/Coordinator in building construction projects.
• Strong proficiency in Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD, and other relevant BIM tools.
• Experience in multidisciplinary BIM coordination and clash detection.
• Knowledge of BIM standards, workflows, and construction drawings.
• Strong coordination and communication skills.
• UPDA / MMUP Required.
