CONTRACTS MANAGER

Client Project: Lusail

Positions: 1 nos.
Experience: 5+ years
Contract: 3 Months (Extendable)

Key Responsibilities:
Administer main contract and subcontract agreements across the project
Lead contract negotiations, amendments & risk management
Manage claims, variations & dispute resolution processes
Ensure compliance with FIDIC and local Qatar contract law/regulations
Review and approve subcontractor agreements, LOAs & payment terms
Liaise with legal, commercial, and project teams to safeguard company interests
Monitor contractual obligations, deadlines & performance across the project lifecycle

Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Law, Engineering, or related field
Strong knowledge of FIDIC contracts and Qatar construction law
Proven track record managing contracts on high-rise/mega construction projects
