We are seeking a highly organized, confident, and detail-oriented Contracts Secretary to provide essential administrative and contractual support to our team in Mesaimeer City. The role requires a candidate with strong administrative skills and the ability to work independently to ensure the smooth handling of confidential documents and contracts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Contract Management Support: Assist in the preparation, review, and organization of contract documents, amendments, and related correspondence.
  • Administrative Operations: Manage and maintain comprehensive digital and physical filing systems for all critical documents, including contracts, reports, and meeting minutes.
  • Scheduling and Coordination: Manage schedules, coordinate meetings, prepare meeting agendas, and draft/prepare meeting minutes, ensuring all relevant parties are informed.
  • Communication: Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence (calls, emails, letters), screening and prioritizing communication for management.
  • Compliance & Risk: Assist in tracking contract deadlines and requirements to ensure compliance with contractual obligations (This is a common duty for Contract Secretaries).
  • Document Control: Ensure all business documents are professionally crafted, accurate, and distributed to relevant parties in a timely manner.
