BMS Foreman

The BMS Foreman will oversee site execution of Building Management System (BMS) installations, ensuring compliance with project specifications, safety standards, and timelines. This role requires hands-on supervision of technicians, coordination with engineers, and ensuring smooth site operations for Siemens projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily activities of BMS technicians and subcontractors.
  
• Ensure proper installation, testing, and commissioning of BMS equipment.
  
• Monitor progress against project schedules and report site updates to engineers.
  
• Enforce compliance with HSE standards and quality control procedures.
  
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues on-site in collaboration with the BMS Engineer.
  
• Manage materials, tools, and workforce allocation effectively.
  

Requirements

• Diploma in Electrical, Electronics, or Mechanical Engineering.
  
• Minimum 5 years of experience in BMS installation and supervision.
  
• Valid Qatar Driving License preferred.
  
• Strong technical knowledge of HVAC controls, fire alarm, and security system integration.
