Pump Operator

The Pump Operator is responsible for operating, monitoring, and maintaining water, sewage, and transfer pump systems to ensure smooth and efficient daily operations.

Responsibilities:

• Operate, monitor, and maintain water, sewage, or transfer pumps and associated systems.
• Conduct routine inspections to ensure optimal pump performance and identify issues.
• Perform basic troubleshooting, maintenance, and minor repairs on pumps, valves, and pipelines.
• Record operating data such as pressure, flow rates, and fluid levels.
• Coordinate with maintenance/technical teams for major repairs or breakdowns.
• Ensure compliance with all safety and operational procedures.

Requirements:

• 2-3 years of experience in pump operation, maintenance, or similar roles.
• Strong knowledge of pump systems, valves, and mechanical components.
• Ability to read gauges/meters and follow procedures accurately.
• Physically fit and able to work in outdoor/industrial environments.

Location: Geewan Island
Working Hours: 10 hours/day, 6 days/week
