The Document Controller will be responsible for managing, organizing, and maintaining all project-related and administrative documents within the real estate operations. The role ensures document accuracy, compliance with regulations, and easy accessibility for internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure documents comply with legal, regulatory, and company requirements.

  • Update, archive, and retrieve documents as required.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Document Controller, preferably in real estate or construction.

  • Proficiency in document management systems and MS Office.

  • Strong organizational, communication, and coordination skills.

  • Knowledge of real estate documentation, contracts, and regulations.

  • Attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information.
