JOB SUMMARY:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Contract Administrator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and administering contracts related to oil & gas and construction projects. This role involves overseeing contract compliance, processing variations and claims, and ensuring smooth communication between internal teams, clients, and subcontractors.
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Law, Engineering, or a related field
- Minimum 3+ years of contract management experience, preferably in oil & gas, construction, or manpower supply industry
- Strong knowledge of contract terms, conditions, variations, and claims management
- Familiar with FIDIC, ISO, or other standard contract frameworks
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and contract management software
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Fluent in English (written and spoken); Arabic is an advantage
- Valid Qatar driving license is preferred
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Contract Management:
- Manage and administer all project contracts from initiation to closeout
- Review and interpret contract terms, conditions, and specifications to ensure compliance
- Prepare, review, and process contract variations, amendments, and claims
- Ensure all contractual obligations are fulfilled by both company and clients/subcontractors
Documentation & Compliance:
- Maintain accurate and organized contract documentation, including correspondence, approvals, and records
- Ensure all contract-related documents are properly filed and accessible for audits
- Monitor contract milestones, deliverables, and payment schedules
- Ensure compliance with company policies, legal requirements, and industry standards
Coordination & Communication:
- Act as the primary point of contact between project managers, legal teams, clients, and subcontractors for contract matters
- Coordinate with finance team regarding invoicing, payment collections, and contract closeout
- Attend project meetings and provide contract-related updates and recommendations
Tendering & Procurement Support:
- Assist in tendering processes, including preparation of bid documents, evaluation of proposals, and contract award
- Review subcontractor agreements and ensure alignment with main contract terms
Risk Management:
- Identify potential contractual risks and propose mitigation strategies
- Handle disputes and claims professionally to minimize financial and legal exposure
KEY COMPETENCIES:

- High attention to detail and accuracy in documentation
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple contracts simultaneously
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Proficient in MS Office and contract management software
- Fluent in English with strong written and verbal communication skills Arabic is a Plus
