Recruiter (Freelance & Blue Collar)

Key Responsibilities:

• Source and recruit blue-collar workers through established candidate networks and sourcing channels.
• Manage bulk recruitment campaigns based on project manpower requirements.
• Identify, screen, and shortlist suitable candidates according to client requirements.
• Coordinate candidate interviews, document collection, selection, and onboarding.
• Maintain a strong candidate mobilization network across Pakistan, Sri Lanka, Bangladesh, and Nepal.
• Coordinate with candidates throughout the recruitment and mobilization process.
• Ensure timely submission and mobilization of qualified candidates within project deadlines.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in the related field.
• Proven experience in bulk recruitment of blue-collar workers.
• Strong candidate sourcing and mobilization network.
• Experience handling high-volume recruitment and onboarding.
• Established recruitment network in Pakistan, Sri Lanka, Bangladesh, or Nepal.
• Strong understanding of recruitment, candidate screening, coordination, documentation, and mobilization processes.
• Ability to source and deliver suitable candidates within strict project timelines.
• Strong communication, coordination, and follow-up skills.
