Job Summary:

We are seeking experienced Lifting Supervisors to oversee and manage all lifting operations at the project site. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring safe, efficient, and compliant lifting activities in accordance with project requirements and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate all lifting activities on site.
• Ensure all lifting operations are carried out safely and in compliance with approved lifting plans.
• Verify that all lifting equipment and accessories are certified and in good condition.
• Conduct toolbox talks and safety briefings prior to lifting operations.
• Coordinate with crane operators, riggers, and other team members.
• Ensure adherence to PTW (Permit to Work) and PTS systems.
• Monitor site conditions and stop any unsafe lifting activities.
• Maintain proper documentation and records of lifting operations.
• Ensure compliance with company HSE policies and procedures.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Minimum 8 years of relevant experience (with valid experience certificates).
• Degree or Diploma in a relevant field.
• PTW & PTS Certified.
• LEEA Appointed Person Certification.
• NEBOSH Certification.
• IOSH Certification.

Skills & Competencies:

• Strong knowledge of lifting operations and safety standards.
• Excellent supervisory and communication skills.
• Ability to assess risks and implement control measures.
• Good coordination and team management abilities.
