About the job HSE Officer
We are seeking a qualified and experienced HSE Officer to oversee and implement health, safety, and environmental practices for a facility management project. The ideal candidate will ensure compliance with HSE policies, conduct regular inspections, and promote a safe working environment for all staff on-site.
Key Responsibilities

Implement and monitor HSE policies, procedures, and guidelines across the site.

Conduct regular safety inspections, risk assessments, and incident investigations.

Ensure compliance with local regulations and international HSE standards.

Deliver HSE training and toolbox talks to employees.

Maintain accurate documentation, reports, and safety records.

Identify potential hazards and recommend corrective actions.

Ensure proper use of PPE and adherence to safety protocols.

Coordinate with the project team to promote a strong safety culture.

Support emergency response planning and drills.
Requirements

Bachelors degree in Health & Safety, Engineering, or a related field.

Minimum 3 years of experience in facility management or a similar environment.

NEBOSH, OSHA, or equivalent mandatory.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Proficient in computer applications (MS Office, reporting tools).

Ability to deliver HSE training sessions effectively.

Strong observation, reporting, and problem-solving skills.
