Who You Are

We are seeking a seasoned and organized Tax Manager to join our dynamic team in Las Vegas, contributing to our multiple locations. The ideal candidate is not just a manager but a future leader, capable of delivering high-quality work while fostering robust relationships with our current clients. This role demands the ability to manage multiple priorities, make informed decisions, and take initiative while maintaining focus on results and performance objectives. Strong staff development skills, leadership abilities, and solid time management are paramount.

Required Experience and Skills

  • CPA required
  • Masters in Taxation (preferred)
  • 8+ years of public accounting experience in income tax preparation for individuals, partnerships/LLCs, S Corporations, C Corporations, trusts, estates, and non-profit organizations, with a minimum of 5 years at the tax manager level
  • Comprehensive understanding of income tax laws
  • Income tax research experience and skills
  • Strong leadership skills
  • Exceptional management skills to lead a team effectively
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Willingness to work > 40 hours per week during tax season
  • Ability to supervise and train professional staff
