IT level 2 Inherit and take fully responsibly of
backend infrastructure
Maintain and upgrade responsible software
Constantly look for new features and look to
enhance the workflow for technologies
Give over knowledge to other technicians in
the IT team
Give over technical knowledge in an easy to
grasp manner for non-technical employees

Microsoft OS - includes

software and deploying new

Groups, Group Policy, Azure

WDS deployments,
