System Support for In-House Software

Healthcare company seeks a motivated and skilled System Support professional to join our dynamic team. As the System Support for our in-house software, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our systems and providing technical assistance to our in-house users.

Requirements:

Advanced Excel skills: Familiarity with Microsoft Excel is a must for generating reports (Piovt charts, Formulas); knowledge of M queries is a plus.
Intermediate SQL server skills: Proficiency in SQL servers is essential for this role. You should be comfortable with writing queries and troubleshooting data-related issues.
Problem solver: Strong problem-solving skills are essential. You will investigate and troubleshoot technical issues, identify root causes, and implement effective solutions promptly.
Great Communication skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills are a must. You will interact with our in-house users, understand their technical concerns, and provide practical solutions clearly and concisely.
Collaborative team player: Being a collaborative team player is vital for this role. You will work closely with our in-house users, understand their needs, and build positive relationships to deliver outstanding support.
Self-motivated: We seek individuals who can work independently and take initiative. As a self-motivated professional, you will identify and resolve system-related issues proactively.
