Electrical Services Project Manager needed for our electrical services client in Elkridge, MD. The Electrical Services Project Manager will oversee the planning, design, and installation of electrical services for various commercial and residential projects. Direct hire position. The estimated salary is $120,000.

Essential Duties:

  • Manage multiple, large-scale commercial electrical projects from start to finish.
  • Coordinate field operations, material procurement, and subcontractor scheduling.
  • Work closely with superintendents, foremen, and clients to ensure timelines and budgets are met.
  • Maintain project documentation, budgets, change orders, and progress reporting.
  • Monitor job cost tracking and profitability with detailed oversight.
  • Provide leadership and mentorship to project teams and site staff.
  • Communicate effectively with internal teams, vendors, and client representatives.
  • Evaluate staffing needs and assist with hiring experienced electricians or foremen when needed.
  • Ensure all work complies with safety protocols, building codes, and client expectations.
  • Attend onsite meetings and maintain a visible presence on job sites as needed.
  • Address issues that arise during a project to keep it on track.



Qualifications:

  • Minimum six years of electrical trade management experience is required.
  • High school diploma or GED is required. Associate's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Construction Management or related field is preferred.
  • Journeyman Electrician License is preferred.
  • Must be Bilingual in English and Spanish.
  • Must have strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
  • Proven track record managing large-scale, multi-phase commercial projects
  • Ability to recruit and lead trusted Electricians or Foremen based on prior relationships is required.
  • Strong budgeting, scheduling, and subcontractor management experience is required.
  • Must have proficient in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Must be self-directed, reliable, and able to handle multiple priorities.
  • Must be able to work from 7:30 am-4:30 pm Monday through Friday with a 1 hour non paid lunch hybrid schedule. Overtime may be required.
  • Must have a valid Driver's License, good driving record and have own vehicle.
  • Must be able to pass a background check and drug test.
