Master Electrician (Elkridge, MD)

Master Electrician needed for our electrical contracting client in Elkridge, MD. The Master Electrician will oversee electrical installations, maintenance, troubleshooting and repairs. Direct hire position. Non-negotiable salary of $100,000.

Essential Duties:

• Plan, supervise, and execute complex electrical installations, maintenance, and repair operations.
  
• Communicate with residential and commercial customers with pricing and project status.
  
• Serve as the technical authority for electrical systems and infrastructure.
  
• Install EV chargers and power monitors.
  
• Reconfigure panels to accommodate dual pole circuits.
  
• Manage electrical projects from initial planning through final completion and inspection.
  
• Review and interpret technical drawings, specifications, and contract documents.
  Conduct inspections and quality assurance reviews to ensure work meets contractual and regulatory standards.
• Identify, diagnose, and resolve electrical system issues in a timely and safe manner.
  
• Enforce safety policies and maintain a safe and compliant work environment.
  
• Prepare and maintain required documentation, reports, and records.

Qualifications:

• Must be a High School Diploma or equivalent.
  
• Valid Master Electrician License is required.
• Proven experience with residential electrical work.
  
• Expertise in residential heavy ups and circuit installation.
• Experience installing EV chargers.
  
• Bilingual skills is a plus.
  
• Must be able to work 7:30 am-4:00 pm or 8:00 am-4:30 pm Monday through Friday throughout the Baltimore/Washington area.
• Must have a valid Driver's License, good driving record and own vehicle. Master Electrician will drive company van to client locations.
  
• Must be able to pass a background check and drug testing.
