About the job DTC E-commerce Graphic Designer & Video Editor
We are looking for a designer-editor hybrid who understands what makes people stop scrolling and actually click “Shop Now”
If you have worked with DTC or Shopify brands, you know how fast things move creatives can’t just look good, they need to convert. You’ll be responsible for producing high-performing visuals and videos for ads, social, and website placements.
This role is for someone who thrives in creative problem-solving, works independently, and knows how to blend strong visuals with marketing psychology.
Core Responsibilities:
Create scroll-stopping ads static graphics, motion carousels, product demos and UGC-style videos.
Edit short-form content for TikTok, Instagram, Facebook and other paid media platforms.
Design conversion-focused assets for landing pages, email campaigns, and re-targeting.
Re-purpose content into multiple variations and formats for A/B testing.
Maintain clean, organised file systems and follow a structured creative workflow.
Use AI tools like HeyGen and Creatify to enhance video production and ideation.
Collaborate with the marketing team to analyze creative performance and improve outputs each week.

Obsessed with performance: you care about CTR, ROAS, thumb-stops and what makes a product video go viral.
Independent, fast, and systematic you know how to batch work and stay organized without constant supervision.
Always testing, learning, and optimising both creatively and technically.
Core Skills
Video Editing
Adobe Premiere Pro (advanced level)
CapCut Commerce (mobile-first workflow)
Familiar with AI video tools: HeyGen, Creatify, Runway, etc.
Design & Branding
Adobe Photoshop / Illustrator / Canva
Strong grasp of color, layout, and typography
Understanding of visual hierarchy for ecommerce and mobile-first design
Creative Strategy
Ability to spot trends and translate them into high-performing creatives
Familiar with ad creative best practices across Meta, TikTok, and YouTube Experience producing UGC-style videos or testimonial content
Workflow & Systems
Strong file management habits (naming conventions, asset folders, backups) Able to batch-produce multiple creatives quickly and consistently
Organized in Notion, Google Drive, or Figma-based pipelines
