Role Summary 

SwishrHire is a UAE-based recruitment and consulting platform operating on a partner-led, zero-retainer model. We are seeking a Founding Partner to drive client acquisition, recruitment delivery, and early-stage operational build-out.

This role is ideal for an experienced recruitment or consulting professional with strong commercial acumen, a regional network, and the ability to deliver fast, high-quality talent shortlists.

Key Responsibilities

Client Acquisition & Account Management

  • Acquire new recruitment and consulting clients in the UAE and GCC

  • Manage client relationships from intake to placement or project completion

  • Conduct role intake calls and define hiring requirements clearly

  • Ensure alignment on fees, timelines, and expectations

Recruitment Delivery

  • Source, screen, and shortlist candidates for assigned roles

  • Deliver high-quality candidate shortlists within 24–72 hours

  • Conduct candidate interviews and evaluations

  • Coordinate interviews and offers with clients

  • Ensure all candidate activity is logged in the ATS

Partner & Process Collaboration

  • Collaborate with internal recruiters, BD partners, and consultants

  • Follow ATS-first workflows and ownership rules

  • Maintain accurate records for candidate ownership and submissions

  • Contribute to recruitment SOPs and quality standards

Strategy & Early-Stage Growth

  • Support process design, workflows, and operational improvements

  • Provide feedback on hiring trends, pricing, and delivery efficiency

  • Act as a strategic contributor to SwishrHires growth roadmap

Required Qualifications

Mandatory Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in recruitment, executive search, consulting, or B2B sales

  • Proven experience in client-facing roles

  • Strong understanding of recruitment lifecycle (sourcing to placement)

  • Existing professional network in UAE or GCC

  • Commercial mindset with experience working on commission or revenue-share models

  • Experience using ATS or CRM systems

Preferred Qualifications

  • Agency recruitment background

  • Experience working with freelance or partner-led delivery models

  • Exposure to tech, startups, consulting, or professional services hiring

  • Founder, partner, or early-stage company experience
