Role Summary

SwishrHire is a global, partner-led recruitment and consulting platform operating on a zero-retainer model. We are seeking a Business Development Partner to originate new client relationships for recruitment and consulting services.

This is a pure growth role focused on client acquisition, early-stage commercial conversations, and structured handover to SwishrHires recruitment and consulting partners. This is not an employment role — it is a commission-based partner position with performance-driven upside and no fixed salary.

Key Responsibilities

Client Acquisition & Sales

  • Identify and acquire new clients for recruitment and consulting services

  • Leverage personal and professional networks across global markets

  • Initiate outbound and inbound sales conversations

  • Qualify client needs, hiring scope, budgets, and timelines

  • Position SwishrHires zero-retainer, partner-led delivery model

Client Intake & Handover

  • Conduct initial discovery calls with clients

  • Capture role requirements, expectations, and commercial terms

  • Hand over qualified roles to recruitment or consulting partners

  • Ensure client source ownership is logged accurately in the ATS

Relationship Management (Commercial)

  • Maintain commercial relationships to drive repeat hiring and referrals

  • Support role expansion and ongoing hiring needs

  • Act as the primary commercial contact for assigned clients

Process & Governance

  • Follow SwishrHires partner governance and commission framework

  • Ensure all client data is documented accurately

  • Collaborate with internal ops and delivery partners

  • Respect ATS-first ownership, sourcing, and handover discipline

Required Qualifications

Mandatory

  • 3+ years experience in business development, B2B sales, recruitment sales, or consulting sales

  • Proven ability to originate and close B2B clients

  • Strong professional network in relevant markets

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills

  • Comfort working in commission-based or performance-driven models

  • Understanding of recruitment or professional services sales

Preferred

  • Recruitment agency or staffing background

  • Consulting or professional services sales experience

  • Startup or early-stage company exposure

  • Experience working with partner, marketplace, or platform models

  • Familiarity with ATS or CRM systems
