Job Title: Recruiter (Agency Experience Required)

Swiss Connect Solutions is seeking an experienced Recruiter who is currently working in recruitment agency.

We are looking for someone with hands-on experience in posting jobs, actively sourcing candidates, and identifying the right fit for client requirements. The ideal candidate is confident using recruitment systems such as Manatal ATS and has a proven ability to manage the full recruitment cycle in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Work closely with internal team and clients to understand hiring needs and job specifications.
• Create, write, and post job advertisements on job boards, LinkedIn, social media, and other sourcing platforms.
• Actively source candidates using LinkedIn, databases, job portals, networking, and referrals.
• Screen CVs and conduct initial phone/video interviews to assess suitability.
• Shortlist qualified candidates and coordinate interviews with clients.
• Manage and update candidate pipelines using Manatal ATS.
• Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions and recruitment progress.
• Build strong relationships with candidates and clients.
• Handle offer discussions and support onboarding coordination.
• Work towards recruitment targets.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience as a Recruiter (agency experience preferred).
• Currently working in recruitment.
• Proven experience posting jobs and sourcing candidates independently.
• Hands-on experience with ATS systems (Manatal experience is a strong advantage).
• Strong communication and negotiation skills in English.
• Ability to work in a target-driven, fast-paced environment.
