We are seeking a VIP Waitresses to join at a newly opened high-end bar and club in Dubai, UAE. 

Responsibilities:

  • Provide personalized, high-level service to VIP guests

  • Take and serve orders efficiently and professionally

  • Build rapport with guests and ensure an outstanding experience

  • Maintain elegant table presentation and service standards

  • Coordinate closely with floor managers and bar staff

  • Uphold the clubs luxury image and service protocols

Requirements:

  • Previous experience as a VIP Waitress or in upscale nightlife venues

  • Excellent communication and guest engagement skills

  • Confident, polished, and professional appearance

  • Ability to work late-night shifts, weekends, and holidays

  • Strong service mindset and attention to detail

  • English fluency required (additional languages are a plus)

  • Locally available

Salary Package:

Full Package: AED 6000 + high tips + incentives
