Bartender

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Bartender to join at a newly opened high-end bar and club in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a strong knowledge of mixology, excellent customer service skills, and a friendly and outgoing personality. 

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve a variety of drinks to guests according to their preferences and company standards
• Maintain a clean and organized bar area, including stocking and restocking supplies
• Take and process drink orders accurately and efficiently
• Create and recommend new and innovative drink recipes
• Adhere to all alcohol serving and safety regulations
• Maintain knowledge of current and upcoming events, promotions, and specials
• Perform opening and closing duties as required

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a bartender in a high-volume establishment
• Strong knowledge of mixology and drink recipes
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Fluency in English is required, knowledge of other languages is a plus
  

Salary and Benefits:

Salary: AED4,000-6000 all-inclusive, plus service charge and tips
