F&B Reservations / Guest Experience Ambassador

We are seeking an experienced, polished, and service-oriented F&B Reservations / Guest Experience Ambassador to join a prestigious 5-star luxury hotel in Dubai. This role is ideal for a hospitality professional who excels in guest interaction, reservations management, and delivering highly personalized dining experiences to VIPs, dignitaries, and international guests.

As the first point of contact for the Food & Beverage outlets, you will play a vital role in shaping the guest journey — from reservation to farewell — ensuring every interaction reflects the highest international luxury hospitality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage F&B reservations for restaurants, lounges, and VIP dining experiences
• Handle guest inquiries via phone, email, and in-person with professionalism and warmth
  
• Act as a Guest Experience Ambassador, ensuring personalized and anticipatory service
  
• Maintain accurate reservation records, guest profiles, preferences, and special requests
  
• Coordinate table allocations and seating plans to optimize guest flow and experience
  
• Welcome guests warmly and ensure a seamless arrival and seating process
  
• Liaise with VIPs, repeat guests, and special occasions with discretion and attention to detail
  
• Communicate closely with restaurant, kitchen, and service teams to ensure smooth operations
• Monitor guest satisfaction and proactively address requests or concerns
  Maintain in-depth knowledge of menus, outlet concepts, operating hours, and promotions
  
  

Candidate Profile:

• Previous experience in F&B Reservations, Guest Relations, or Hostess role within a 5-star hotel or luxury hospitality environment
  
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  
• Fluent in English; Russian and/or German speakers highly preferred
  
• Strong guest service mindset with exceptional attention to detail
  
• Well-groomed, professional appearance
  
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, high-end environment
  
• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Salary & Benefits:

Basic Salary: AED 3,000 per month (approx. USD 820 / EUR 695) + Commission
Monthly service charge plus high tips
