Director of Food and Beverage

We are seeking an experienced Head of Operations – Restaurant Division to oversee end-to-end operations across all restaurant outlets. This role is accountable for P&L management, service excellence, manpower planning, SOP implementation, and overall business performance. The position plays a critical role in driving operational efficiency, brand consistency, and exceptional customer experience.

Key Focus Areas

• Oversee outlet performance, profitability, and operational efficiency
• Implement and monitor SOPs and brand standards across all locations
• Lead manpower planning and workforce optimization in coordination with HR
• Collaborate closely with Purchase, F&B Control, and Finance teams
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and compliance with audits and quality standards
