Bartender

We are seeking a skilled, charismatic, and service-driven Bartender to join a prestigious 5-star luxury hotel in Dubai. This role is ideal for a hospitality professional with strong mixology skills, a passion for guest engagement, and the ability to deliver refined beverage experiences to an international and VIP clientele.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to established recipes and brand standards
• Deliver exceptional, personalized service to guests with professionalism and warmth
• Engage with guests at the bar, offering recommendations and enhancing their overall experience
• Maintain in-depth knowledge of cocktails, spirits, wines, and beverages offered
• Ensure bar setup, cleanliness, and presentation meet 5-star luxury standards at all times
• Monitor stock levels and assist with inventory control and requisitions
• Handle cash, POS systems, and billing accurately
• Liaise closely with service staff, supervisors, and management to ensure smooth operations
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations
• Handle guest feedback or complaints in a calm, elegant, and solution-oriented manner
• Uphold grooming standards, service etiquette, and brand guidelines consistently
  

Requirements: 

• Previous experience as a Bartender in a 5-star hotel, luxury bar, or high-end hospitality venue
• Strong knowledge of classic cocktails, mixology techniques, and beverage presentation
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Fluent in English; Russian language is an advantage; additional languages are an advantage
• Guest-focused mindset with attention to detail
• Well-groomed, professional appearance
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume luxury environment
• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Salary & Benefits:

Basic Salary: AED 2,000 – 2,800 per month
