Restaurant Manager

Location: Dubai, UAE

We are looking for a young, dynamic, and energetic Restaurant Manager to lead the daily operations of a busy restaurant outlet in Dubai. The ideal candidate must have strong leadership skills, excellent English communication abilities, and a passion for delivering outstanding guest experiences.

Experience in a Pan Asian or Indian restaurant is highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee complete day-to-day restaurant operations

Ensure excellent guest service and high levels of customer satisfaction

Lead, train, and motivate front-of-house and back-of-house teams

Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and service

Monitor staff performance and ensure smooth coordination during service

Handle guest feedback and resolve complaints professionally

Manage staff scheduling, attendance, and team discipline

Control operational costs, stock levels, and basic inventory

Ensure compliance with hygiene, food safety, and UAE regulations

Supervise opening and closing procedures

Candidate Profile / Requirements

Minimum 1 year of experience as a Restaurant Manager or Assistant Restaurant Manager

Experience in a Pan Asian or Indian restaurant is preferred

Strong English communication and interpersonal skills

Young, energetic, and hands-on leadership style

Ability to manage a fast-paced restaurant environment

Strong team management and problem-solving skills

UAE experience is an advantage

Flexible to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays

Salary & Benefits

Full Package Salary: AED 5,000 – 6,000 per month
