Revenue Manager

A Group of Hotels in the Czech Republic is currently looking for an experienced Revenue Manager to support the property's financial performance and pricing strategy.

Location: Czech Republic
Salary: €3,750 per month

This role is ideal for hospitality professionals with strong experience in revenue optimization, pricing strategies, and hotel performance analysis.

Candidates must be willing to relocate and work in the Czech Republic.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement revenue management strategies to maximize occupancy, ADR, and overall revenue
• Analyze market trends, competitor pricing, and demand forecasts
• Manage pricing across all distribution channels (OTA, direct, corporate, etc.)
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, and operations teams to optimize revenue performance
• Monitor hotel performance, budgeting, and forecasting
• Identify opportunities for revenue growth and operational improvements
• Prepare regular revenue reports and performance analysis

Candidate Requirements

• Minimum 2 years' experience as a Revenue Manager or similar role
• Experience in 4-star or 5-star hotels
• Strong background in revenue management, forecasting, and pricing strategies
• Experience with PMS, RMS, and channel management systems
• Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills
• Good command of English & EU work eligibility preferred
