Lobby Lounge Waitress

Position: Lobby Lounge Waitress

Swiss Connect Solutions is seeking a friendly and professional Female Lobby Waitress to join at a 5 Star Hotel based in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality and a strong desire to provide excellent service to our guests. As a Lobby Waitress, you will be responsible for ensuring that our guests have a pleasant and enjoyable experience in our lobby area.

Key Responsibilities:

- Greet guests as they enter the lobby and assist them with any inquiries or requests

- Provide food and beverage service to guests in the lobby area

- Maintain a clean and organized lobby area at all times

- Take and deliver orders accurately and in a timely manner

- Handle cash and credit card transactions

- Assist with setting up and organizing events in the lobby area

- Monitor and replenish supplies in the lobby area, such as condiments, napkins, and utensils

- Work closely with other team members to ensure efficient and smooth operation of the lobby area

- Handle guest complaints and resolve any issues in a professional and timely manner

- Adhere to all company policies and procedures, as well as health and safety regulations

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred

- Excellent customer service and communication skills

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks

- Strong attention to detail and ability to work with accuracy

- Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends

- Knowledge of food and beverage service standards

- Fluent in English, additional languages are a plus

- Must be able to work well in a team and individually

Contract Details:

This is a full-time, permanent position based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The working hours will be determined by the needs of the business and may include evenings and weekends. 

Salary Package:
Basic Salary: AED 1300- AED 1500 + Tips + Service Charge

Additional Benefits:
Accommodation, Residence Visa, Meals on duty, transportation, 2 way ticket every 2 years.
