Swiss Connect Solutions is a leading hospitality management company that specializes in providing top-notch services to luxury hotels and resorts around the world. We are currently seeking a highly motivated and skilled Bellboy to join a 5 stars luxury hotel in Doha, Qatar.

Position Overview:

As a Bellboy, you will be responsible for providing a warm welcome and exceptional service to our guests upon their arrival and departure. You will assist with luggage handling, room deliveries, and other guest requests to ensure a smooth and enjoyable stay. You will also be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of the lobby and entrance areas.

Key Responsibilities:

- Greet guests in a friendly and professional manner upon arrival and departure

- Assist guests with luggage handling and delivery to their rooms

- Escort guests to their rooms and explain hotel amenities and services

- Respond to guest requests for information and assistance in a timely and efficient manner

- Maintain the cleanliness and appearance of the lobby and entrance areas

- Ensure all guest luggage is properly stored and accounted for

- Coordinate with other hotel departments to fulfill guest requests and resolve any issues

- Provide exceptional customer service and exceed guest expectations

- Assist with valet parking and other transportation services as needed

- Follow all hotel policies and procedures to ensure guest satisfaction and safety

- Maintain a positive and professional attitude at all times

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent

- Previous experience in a similar role in a luxury hotel preferred

- Excellent customer service and communication skills

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks

- Strong attention to detail and ability to anticipate guest needs

- Knowledge of local attractions and services

- Fluent in English, additional languages are a plus

- Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays

Salary and Benefits: 

Salary: QAR2,700

• 18 Annual Leaves, 11 Public Holidays, 1 Birthday Off
• Vacation Ticket Allowance provided annually - Equivalent of round-trip ticket every 2 years
• Alternate 2- & 1-Day offs weekly (6 days in a month)
• Meals, Uniform and Transport Provided.
