We are looking for an experienced Catering Supervisor/ In Charge to oversee daily catering operations, ensure seamless event execution, and maintain high standards of service and food quality. This role requires strong leadership, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple events in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end catering operations for events, contracts, and ongoing accounts
  • Lead, schedule, and motivate kitchen and service teams to ensure smooth operations
  • Ensure consistent food quality, presentation, and service standards across all events
  • Maintain strict compliance with food safety, hygiene, HACCP, and UAE regulations
  • Control operational costs, budgets, and supplier relationships
  • Coordinate closely with sales teams, clients, and event organizers to deliver on expectations
  • Oversee event setup, execution, and breakdown to ensure seamless delivery

Requirements:

  • 3–5 years of experience in catering or hospitality operations (UAE experience preferred)
  • Strong leadership, planning, organizational skills and sales technique
  • Proven ability to manage multiple events and high-volume operations
  • Solid knowledge of food safety, HACCP, and local compliance standards
  • Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and event-based schedules

Salary Package

  • Full package AED 6,000 + high commission
