Telephone Operator Intern

We are looking for passionate and service-oriented Male Arabic-speaking F&B Interns to join at a 5 Star Hotel in Doha Qatar for 1 year contract. This internship offers hands-on experience in restaurant operations, guest service, and hospitality standards within a dynamic and multicultural environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist Arabic-speaking guests in a warm, professional manner
• Support daily operations in restaurants, lounges, banquet services, or room service
• Take orders, serve food and beverages, and ensure guest satisfaction
• Learn and follow hygiene, health, and safety protocols
• Assist in setting up and clearing tables and service areas
• Work closely with team members and supervisors to ensure smooth service delivery

Requirements:


• Fluent in Arabic (spoken)
• Conversational English is required
• Interest in hospitality and food & beverage services
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Energetic, team player, and eager to learn
