We are hiring a Revenue Manager to oversee revenue performance across a portfolio of hotels in the Czech Republic.

This role is ideal for candidates with experience in hotel revenue management, pricing strategy, yield management, and online distribution systems.

Location: Prague (office-based)

Cluster Scope: 4 hotels (subject to expansion)

Salary : Euro 3750

Role Overview

The Cluster Revenue Manager will be responsible for maximizing hotel revenue, RevPAR, ADR, and occupancy through effective yield management, dynamic pricing, and distribution optimization.

You will report to the Director of Revenue and work closely with the CEO (weekly performance reviews).

Key Responsibilities

Manage daily pricing, rate loading, and inventory control across all distribution channels

Optimize RevPAR, ADR, and occupancy performance

Manage and maintain Channel Manager, OTA extranets (Booking.com, Expedia), and CRS/PMS systems

Implement yield management and dynamic pricing strategies

Monitor market trends, competitor benchmarking, STR reports

Handle group pricing, corporate rates, and contract negotiations

Identify and develop new distribution channels and revenue streams

Prepare weekly forecasts, budgeting, and revenue reports

Optimize online visibility, ranking, and conversion across OTAs

Requirements

Minimum 1+ year experience in Hotel Revenue Management / Yield Management

Experience with Channel Manager, PMS, CRS, OTA platforms (Booking.com, Expedia)

Strong knowledge of RevPAR, ADR, Occupancy, Forecasting, KPI analysis

Advanced Excel / data analysis skills

Fluent English (spoken and written)

Strong analytical thinking, communication, and problem-solving skills

Experience in multi-property / cluster role is a plus

Must be eligible to work in the European Union (EU work permit or EU citizenship required)
