F&B Hostess

We are hiring a Hostess for a restaurant in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates.

We are looking for a confident, well-presented, and customer-focused Hostess who will be the first point of contact for guests and play a key role in delivering an exceptional dining experience.

Responsibilities:

• Warmly greet and welcome guests upon arrival
• Manage reservations, waiting lists, and table seating
• Escort guests to their tables and ensure they are comfortably seated
• Provide accurate information about the restaurant, menu, and services
• Maintain a smooth guest flow during busy periods
• Ensure a high standard of guest service and hospitality at all times
• Communicate effectively with the service team to support operations
• Maintain impeccable grooming and professional presentation
• Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests courteously

Requirements:

• Minimum height: 170 cm
• Previous experience as a Hostess or in customer service/hospitality
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Fluent in English; Arabic is an advantage
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Professional appearance and grooming standards
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Flexible with schedule: evenings, weekends, and holidays
